NO BAKE Chocolate Drizzled Chickpea Butter Bars Recipe

Nut free, gluten free, vegan, and high in protein and fiber! They’re quick and easy to make and are perfect for a delicious energy boost.





✔️ In a bowl, combine:

✨ 1/2 cup @yespeasteam Chickpea Butter

✨ 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal

✨ 1/4 cup ground oats (we simply blend rolled oats in the blender until they become a powder) OR use any flour of your choice, like @yespeasteam Chickpea Powder

✨ 1 tbsp. hemp and chia seeds mixed (or any seed of choice, including flax).

✨ 1 tbsp. maple syrup

✨ 1-2 tbsp. chocolate chips

✨ 1 tbsp. raisins (optional)


✔️ Mix them together with a fork until we’ll combined.

✔️ Line a tray with parchment paper and press the mixture together into one big ball, and then place in the center of the parchment paper

✔️ Press down to form one big rectangle, while using your hands or a spatula to press the sides in to keep it all together. Should be able 1/2 inch thick on all sides.

✔️ Drizzle with melted chocolate and place in the freezer for about 30 mins-1 hour.

✔️ Remove from freezer and cut into bars.

✔️ Store in the freezer for extra dense bars or in the fridge/at room temperature for softer bars.

✨ You can also make these info balls instead of bars by simply rolling the mixture in your hands and forming bite sized balls.
