Chickpea Butter Energy Balls Recipe (by Jaime Slavin)

Is your mouth watering like ours?! Thanks to Jaime for sharing this recipe using our Chickpea Butter. Want to make them at home yourself? The recipe is simple:

✔️ Place your jar of Yes, Peas! Chickpea Butter in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. It will turn into a thick fudge-like consistency. Note: if you don’t want the whole jar turning to fudge, then scoop some out into a bowl and place that in the fridge instead!).

✔️ Once it’s thick, scoop into bite size balls and roll in your hands.

✔️ Coat them with whatever toppings you like, including cacao nibs, coconut, chocolate chips, chia/hemp/flax seeds, raisins, etc..

✔️ Enjoy a protein and fiber rich, delicious energy boost!
